Teardrop… Keystone… What?

There are quite a few styles of pallet racking out there, with the most common being “Teardrop”. This style is the easy to identify because the slots on the upright look like upside-down tears. However, there is a “New-style Teardrop” in which the slots are more rectangular. Confusing eh?

The best solution is give us a call or contact us. We are a real office in northwest Milwaukee and our phone rings directly to our team- none of that wasteful phone options telling you to press this or that.

Keystone is another popular style for pallet racking. The slot is a single upside-down trapezoid that runs the length of the upright column. So while the upright itself is easy to identify, the beams can be a bit more challenging. But that’s for another blog!
